AssureHire co-founders Troy Kruthoff and Rob Bagley are revolutionaries in the screening industry and in 1997 created the first online background screening system, before then it was ALL manual. In the following years they continued to innovate and invented most of the features that have now become standard features for modern screening systems, including: automated jurisdiction discovery, managed compliance, managed adjudication, report coloring and wording ("clear" or "consider") and much more.
After leaving the industry in 2005, they focused their efforts on writing business automation software which is currently used by some of the biggest names (including Fortune 5) in the computer industry. Disappointed with lack of innovation and more screening companies offshoring their resources for a decade they launched AssureHire. AssureHire leverages advancements in technology combined with extensive screening industry knowledge allowing customers to complete their background checks faster and assuring compliance.
