Business Development Manager

As a Business Development Manager, you'll play a critical role in the growth of AssureHire by identifying, contacting, and educating prospective customers. This is a hybrid role for someone who is a sales-minded, marketing savvy educator that can assist solving customer-facing problems. Successful Business Development Managers have unbounded career growth in a fast-paced software as a service company that values integrity, performance, teamwork and customer satisfaction above seniority.

Responsibilities:

  • Source opportunities using the internet, social media, networking events, and other methods to develop relationships that result in sales demonstrations.
  • Review and analyze market data to develop and implement business plans and utilize company resources to maximize sales effectiveness.
  • Understand client/prospects’ organizational dynamics and probe to discover needs and key decision-makers.
  • Coordinate processes with internal, external and/or third parties when necessary.
  • Participate in regular structured sales and business training programs to improve sales performance.
