As a Customer Success Manager (CSM), you will be responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty.
You will work alongside your fellow CSMs to ensure that AssureHire clients are happy and well-cared-for.
Responsibilities:
Act as the primary liaison for clients throughout the entire customer lifecycle.
Set up and handle business reviews with clients.
Build in-depth relationships with clients to understand their business goals.
Represent clients in collaborations with internal stakeholders to ensure customer issues are being addressed.
